Some microgreens can grow what are known as edible true leaves, these leaves are often found on the plates of many fine restaurants as garnishes or flavor accents. Trays (only) of these can be grown to order, but most take an extra week or two of grow time. $15 will be added for ea. week of grow time and delivery must be made in a live tray as pre-harvesting is a difficult process and best done at time of dish construction.

To minimize plastic trash, per/oz pre-harvested tray orders will be delivered in reusable containers. A one time fee of $5 will be charged for the container. If the container is picked up with the next delivery, the credit will be forwarded. Please try to wash the returned container, thank you.
